Appointment Lead Time

Bookafy allows you to decide how soon before a meeting starts you can be booked.

Example:

It's 9:59 A.M.; do you want to allow your customers to book at 10:00 A.M.? or 10:15, 11:00, tomorrow at 10:00... Or maybe you want 2-3 days notice. 

No problem.

Follow the steps below to add a lead time to all of your appointments:

1. Click on the 'Gear Icon' in the top right. 
2. Choose 'Settings'. 
3. Select Booking Options. Scroll to 'Appointment lead time'  
4. Select your days/hours/minutes and then save.
