Delete or Close Account

First, if you don't want to completely delete… you can move your account to our free version. This way you won't lose your settings and you can come back to it later if you choose.

If you do want to permanently close your account, follow these instructions:

1. Go to this URL https://app.bookafy.com/users/edit
2. Click on 'Close Account'
3. Add one sentence to describe the reason (any feedback is much appreciated)
4. Done. Your account is closed.
