Reschedule an Appointment as a User

As a Bookafy user, manager, or admin, you can manually override an appointment made by a client from your Bookafy dashboard. 

Use Case:  A customer makes their own appointment but then calls your office to make a change.

• All users can click on any appointment in their calendar and reschedule an appointment date or time, and also cancel the appointment altogether.
• Admins and managers also have the ability to reassign the appointment to another user assigned to them.
• Bookafy allows you to choose to send an updated confirmation email to your customer or change the appointment without sending a notification.
