Here's how it works:
24 hours after an appointment is complete, Bookafy will automatically send your customer an email request for a review, and once the review comes in, you can approve it to display on your booking page, save it to add to your website as social proof, or delete it!
- If you don't want reviews to ever be displayed on your site then you can choose to turn off that setting in Settings > Account > Bookings Options, then toggle OFF 'Display your reviews publicly'.
- You can elect to not have reviews sent by clicking on Settings > Account > Booking Options, then toggle OFF 'Send request for a review'.
