With Bookafy we make this process simple by automatically sending customers a request for a review after appointments.

Here's how it works:

24 hours after an appointment is complete, Bookafy will automatically send your customer an email request for a review, and once the review comes in, you can approve it to display on your booking page, save it to add to your website as social proof, or delete it!

1. If you don't want reviews to ever be displayed on your site then you can choose to turn off that setting in Settings > Account > Bookings Options, then toggle OFF 'Display your reviews publicly'.
2. You can elect to not have reviews sent by clicking on Settings > Account > Booking Options,  then toggle OFF 'Send request for a review'.
