If you have a user in our system, and you would like to remove or delete this user… follows these steps.
- Click on the Gear Icon on the top right, then 'Settings'
- Then click on 'Users' on the left
- Then click the delete icon next to the users name
- By deleting a user, you're also permanently deleting all user info and associated appointment data
- Click 'Yes' to confirm you understand and remove user
Billing
We will automatically adjust your billing to reflect the new number of users on that day. We prorate, so you will get a credit for the user for the rest of the month against your following month bill.
