Limit Number of Bookings

Have added control over your schedule by setting limits for the number of appointments that can be booked during a specific time frame. 

You can set this limit per appointment type, and also apply the limits per customer for added flexibility. 

Instructions:

Limit the number of appointments that can be booked for a specific appointment type during a given time period:

Let's say you have 10 available slots per day, and only wants 3 of those to be filled by a specific appointment type...

1. Click on the Gear icon, then 'Appointment Types' on the menu at the left
2. Click on the pencil icon next to the appointment type you want to limit bookings for
3. Scroll down to 'No. of Appointments'  
4. Set the max number of appointments
5. Choose the time frame using  'Limit Customer From Booking'
6. Click 'Update Appointment Type'

Limit the number of appointments per customer for a set time frame:

Let's say you're running a special for the upcoming holidays that offers one free session per customer. 

Use the following settings to limit the number of appointments per customer, for a specific appointment type and set duration:

1. Click on the 'Gear Icon, then 'Appointment Types' on the menu at the left
2. Click on the pencil icon next to the appointment type you want to limit bookings for
3. Scroll down to 'No. of Appointments' and set the max number of appointments
4. Choose the time frame using  'Limit Customer From Booking'
5. Toggle ON 'Apply Limit Per Customer'
6. Click 'Update Appointment Types'
