SMS text message reminders keep your in-house staff prepared for every appointment and also reduce the number of missed and cancelled appointments by customers, making it a win-win for everyone.
Reminders can be customized with an additional message (up to 100 characters), which can also include Zoom links, and you have the option of sending reminders your customers, as well as your team.
To turn on SMS text reminders, follow these instructions:
- Click on the Gear Icon at the top right corner and select 'Settings'
- 'Account' will be pre-selected on the menu at the left
- Click on 'Booking Options'
- Scroll down to the SMS text messaging settings
- Customize your settings
