An important part of the customer journey is your cancellation policy. In Bookafy, you can set the cancellation and reschedule limits to reflect your company policy.
Instructions
Set a limit for cancellations and rescheduling:
- Click on the Gear Icon, then 'Settings'
- Click on 'Booking Options'
- Scroll down to 'Cancel or Reschedule Time Limit'
- Choose the time frame for cutting off cancellations and rescheduling- anywhere from 1 week before or 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
- Done!
Turn off the option to cancel or reschedule
- Click on the Gear Icon, then 'Settings'
- Click on 'Booking Options'
- Scroll down to 'Cancel or Reschedule Time Limit'
- Choose '0 Hour' from the drop-down
- Done!
