Set Cancellation Limits

An important part of the customer journey is your cancellation policy. In Bookafy, you can set the cancellation and reschedule limits to reflect your company policy. 

Instructions

Set a limit for cancellations and rescheduling:

1. Click on the Gear Icon, then 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Booking Options'
3. Scroll down to 'Cancel or Reschedule Time Limit'
4. Choose the time frame for cutting off cancellations and rescheduling- anywhere from 1 week before or 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
5. Done!

Turn off the option to cancel or reschedule

1. Click on the Gear Icon, then 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Booking Options'
3. Scroll down to 'Cancel or Reschedule Time Limit'
4. Choose '0 Hour' from the drop-down
5. Done!
